Overview
Our School Behavior Support Specialists (BSS) serve as mentors to support our students during their school day.
This full-time position is responsible for establishing a structured setting where positive behavior is encouraged so that academic progress can be achieved. A BSS assists with facilitating the school day while collaborating with teachers and administration to promote education, safety and wellness for all students.

Candidates must be at least 21 years of age. Associate’s degree preferred but not required. Driver’s license required.
Military and athletic background desirable. In addition, Child Abuse, Criminal History, FBI, Driver’s License, drug screen and physical clearances are required upon hire.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess excellent personal interaction skills and enjoy working with youth.

Candidates who possess a minimum associate’s degree will be strongly considered but no college degree is required.
