We are looking to add an Accounts Payable Coordinator to our exceptional Accounting Team. The position is responsible for the full cycle of the accounts payable process including receiving invoices, securing approvals and processing payments.
The Accounts Payable Coordinator must work efficiently and independently in completing AP responsibilities while also working closely with our accounting team. This position reports directly to the Controller.
This in-person position offers a flexible work schedule and is located at our Administrative Offices at 900 Agnew Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15227.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn are essential.
Candidates should possess a minimum Associate’s degree and at least two years of accounts payable experience.
